The protection of your personal data (hereinafter referred to as "data") is a major and very important concern for us. In the following, we would therefore like to inform you in detail about which data is collected when you visit our website and use our services there and how it is processed or used by us in the following, as well as which accompanying protective measures we have also taken in technical and organisational terms.

Collection and use of your data
The extent and type of collection and use of your data differs depending on whether you visit our website only to retrieve information or whether you utilise the services we offer:
Informational use
In principle, it is not necessary for you to provide personal data when using our website for information purposes only.
Rather, in this case we only collect and use the data that your internet browser automatically transmits to us, such as
- Date and time of access to one of our websites
- your browser type
- the browser settings
- the operating system used
- the last page you visited
- the amount of data transferred and the access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.) and
- your IP address.
We collect and use this data during an informational visit exclusively in non-personalised form. This is done to enable you to use the websites you have accessed, for statistical purposes and to improve our website. We store the IP address for 30 days; no personalised analysis takes place.
Contact form
The information collected in the contact form regarding your name, e-mail address and your message will only be used by us for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. Only in the context of the legally prescribed archiving of e-mail correspondence (e-mails are business and commercial letters) will data be stored for a maximum of 10 years.
Your data may be passed on to service providers supporting us for the aforementioned purpose, which we have of course selected carefully. These may be technical service providers or service providers who support us with dispatch.
Otherwise, your data will only be passed on to other third parties if we are legally obliged to do so.
Newsletter subscription
In order to register for our e-mail newsletter service, we require at least your e-mail address to which the newsletter is to be sent in addition to your consent under data protection law. Any further information is voluntary and is used to address you personally and to be able to design the content of the newsletter and clarify any queries regarding the e-mail address.
As a rule, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure for sending the newsletter, i.e. we will only send you the newsletter if you confirm your registration beforehand via a confirmation e-mail sent to you for this purpose by means of a link contained therein. This is to ensure that only you, as the owner of the e-mail address provided, can subscribe to the newsletter. Your confirmation in this regard must be made promptly after receipt of the confirmation e-mail, otherwise your newsletter registration will be automatically deleted from our database.
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.
To do so, either send us an e-mail (prvcy@natras.ch) or click on the corresponding link at the end of the newsletter.
Use of cookies
We use the technology of cookies for our websites. Cookies are small text files that are sent from our web server to your browser when you visit our website and are stored on your computer for later retrieval.
This website uses cookies to the following extent:
(1) Transient cookies (temporary use)
(2) Persistent cookies (temporary use)
Cookies can basically be divided into two categories:
(1) Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These include session cookies in particular. These store a so-called session ID, with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the joint session. This allows your computer to be recognised when you return to the website. The session cookies are deleted when you log out or close the browser.
(2) Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period, which may vary depending on the cookie. You can delete cookies at any time in the security settings of your browser.
You can configure your browser settings according to your wishes and, for example, refuse to accept third-party cookies or all cookies. However, we would like to point out that you may then not be able to use all the functions of this website.
You can also find more information on how cookies can be rejected using special browser plug-ins in the introduction to the Integrated services section further down in our privacy policy.
We do not collect or store personal data in cookies in this context. We also do not use any technologies that link the information collected by cookies with user data.
You can find more information on the subject of cookies on the portal of the Technische Universität Berlin - Verbraucher Sicher Online: https://www.verbraucher-sicher-online.de/thema/cookies

Web analysis
It is important to us to design our websites as optimally as possible and thus make them attractive for our visitors. To do this, we need to know which parts of it are received by our visitors and how. We use the following technologies for this purpose.
Google Analytics
This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable your use of the website to be analysed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
Google Analytics cookies are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR and Art. 7 para. 3 FADP. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour in order to optimise both its website and its advertising.
IP anonymisation
We have activated the IP anonymisation function on this website. This means that your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
Browser plugin
You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
Objection to data collection
You can prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics by deactivating the analysis:
Google Analytics
You can find more information on how Google Analytics handles user data in Google's privacy policy: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de.
Google AdWords conversion tracking
As a Google AdWords customer, we also occasionally use Google Conversion Tracking, an additional analysis service provided by Google Inc. If you have reached our website via a Google advert (AdWords - advertising above/next to Google search results), Google will place another cookie on your computer, the so-called conversion cookie. This cookie is not used to identify you personally, but enables us to compare the referrals to our website via Google adverts and the resulting purchase decisions for our products.
Google does not currently offer an opt-out cookie for this cookie. You can deactivate the storage of your browser's conversion cookie or the use of additional browser plug-ins.
You can find more information about Google AdWords conversion tracking at

Google Remarketing
This website uses retargeting technology. This makes it possible to target visitors to our website with personalised, interest-based advertising who have already shown an interest in our shop and our products. The advertising material is displayed on the basis of a cookie-based analysis of previous user behaviour, although no personal data is stored. In the case of retargeting technology, a cookie is stored on your computer or mobile device in order to collect anonymised data about your interests and thus adapt the advertising individually to the stored information. These cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer or mobile device. As a result, you will be shown adverts that are highly likely to match your product and information interests.
You can permanently object to the setting of cookies for advertising preferences by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/

Integrated services
We integrate the following external services to design our website and provide additional functions:
- jQuery.com
- youtube.com
- Google ReCAPTCHA
- ausgezeichnet.org
All of the services described below can be deactivated by using special plugins for your browser or, more specifically, the necessary connection to the corresponding servers can be prevented. Please note, however, that the use of such tools could be associated with a loss of familiar everyday convenience - because many things will no longer work as you would normally expect.
Interested readers are recommended to use tools such as NoScript, uBlock Origin or uMatrix. There are many tools that aim to make Internet traffic more secure in general, but they are not automatically privacy-friendly.
Incidentally, correctly configured, these tools can also generally prevent the aforementioned web analyses or usage-based advertising networks and other connections to third-party providers that are automatically triggered in the background for all websites you visit.
jQuery.com
We use the JavaScript library jQuery on our websites. This library primarily enables a modern design of our websites. To increase the loading speed of our websites, we use jQuery's CDN (Content Delivery Network) to load this library. It is very likely that you have already downloaded jQuery from the jQuery CDN by visiting another website. In this case, your browser can access the copy stored in the cache. If your browser has not saved a copy in the cache or has downloaded the file from the jQuery CDN for another reason, your IP address will be transmitted to StackPath LLC, the CDN provider of jQuery.com, during the connection to the jQuery server.

YouTube
Some posts on our websites also contain YouTube videos from our channel. The YouTube videos on our websites are always integrated in extended data protection mode (YouTube internal function), so that initially no cookies are transferred to your browser by YouTube and therefore no information about you is stored on YouTube. However, this only applies as long as you do not watch the videos. Regardless of whether you watch a video or not, your IP address will be transmitted to YouTube and the Google advertising network Doubleclick. If you are logged in to YouTube with an existing user account at the same time as visiting our website, YouTube may also be able to associate your visit to our website with your user behaviour. We would like to point out that, as the provider of our websites, we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by YouTube and also have no possibility of further restricting the transmission of data to YouTube and its partners.
operator is:

Google reCAPTCHA
Google's reCAPTCHA technology is integrated into our contact form. We use this to protect ourselves against spam messages and the overloading of our website by automated attacks. In principle, we would like you to confirm that you are not a (malicious) machine by means of a plausibility check. By using Google reCAPTCHA, a Google server in the USA is contacted and your IP address is transmitted to Google. If you are also logged in to Google with an existing user account at the same time as visiting our website, Google may also be able to associate your visit to our website with your user behaviour. We have no influence on this procedure and do not receive any information from Google about the transmitted content.

Social media links
Our websites contain links to various social media with the corresponding logos. These are not social media plugins, but merely a link to our offers within these media. If you click on one of these links, your IP address will always be transmitted to the operators of the various platforms. If you use one of these services and are also logged in with your specific account, information about your surfing behaviour may also be collected by the social media operators. The transmission of your IP address to the operators of the websites accessed is technically necessary and applies to all websites.
