Place of work: AdliswilAbout us: Immerse yourself in the world of road heroes at NATRAS AG! Staring 2025, we will be providing the basic service for the brand-new national HVC collection system on behalf of the Federal Office for Customs and Border Security (FOCBS). With our innovative solution, we are taking the system into the third generation and are the only national provider to play a key role in shaping the future of the heavy vehicle charge (HVC III).
Your mission: Be there right from the start and support vehicle owners with smooth onboarding to the systems of the National Electronic Toll Service Provider (NETS). As part of our dynamic customer service team, you will be the hero on the phone and at the computer, handling a wide range of enquiries from vehicle owners with expertise and speed. Your main tasks will include:
- Processing customer enquiries by telephone and e-mail
- Identifying problems, analysing errors and solving them in direct customer contact via our ticket system and telephone

Your profile: Ideally, you already have experience in customer service and are motivated to support vehicle owners in the use of new technologies. With your precise work method and excellent communication skills, you are a real hero on the phone. In addition to fluent (CH) German, you are also fluent in at least two of the following languages (French, Italian, English).
